0bridge uses these companies to run the service. Changes are announced here and by email to workspace owners at least 30 days ahead, as the Data Processing Agreement describes. We, 0bridge (support@0bridge.dev, privacy@0bridge.dev), run the service from the Republic of Korea.

Services your members connect (Slack, Linear, Google and so on) aren't sub-processors: your members choose them and sign in with their own accounts, and those services act under their own terms. Google and GitHub are used only when someone chooses to sign in with them. ntfy.sh (or another ntfy server) receives notifications only if a member sets an ntfy topic for them: that's the member's choice, not a sub-processor of ours.
