0bridge for Slack
Connect Slack once. Use it from Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, claude.ai, ChatGPT and any MCP client.
What it does#
0bridge gives every AI tool you use one MCP endpoint. Connect Slack to it and each of those tools can work in Slack as you, through Slack's own MCP server:
- Search messages, files and people you can already see
- Read a channel, a thread or a DM you point it to, and summarize it
- Post, reply and react when you ask
- Read and update canvases and lists
It acts only as you, only with what you can already see in Slack, and only when one of your AI tools asks.
Install#
Sign in to 0bridge (or create a free account with your email, Google or GitHub), then allow 0bridge in your Slack workspace. Then:
- Set up your AI tools: paste the prompt on 0bridge.dev into Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, or run
npm install -g 0bridgeand then0b setup. For claude.ai and ChatGPT, add a custom connector withhttps://0bridge.dev/mcp.
Slack's tools then show up in every AI tool as slack__*.
Your data#
Messages and files pass through 0bridge to your AI tool and are not stored. The Slack tokens are encrypted with a key for your account. 0bridge keeps a 90-day log of which tool was called and when, never what was in it. Details are in the privacy policy.
Remove it#
Disconnect Slack in the 0bridge dashboard or with 0b disconnect slack, which deletes its tokens. You can also remove the app in Slack under Settings → Manage apps.
